Essential Functions
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to expand FCS's footprint in the aftermarket and special markets sectors.
- Product & Pricing Leadership: Maintain competitive product offerings and manage pricing activities to maximize profitability and market share.
- Contract Management: Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of customer agreements and quotations.
- Business Intelligence: Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and products; provide accurate and timely sales forecasting to guide business decisions.
- Executive Reporting: Develop and report Business Plan Review (BPR) data to senior management, ensuring transparency in performance metrics.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) and key internal counterparts to enhance distribution channel synergies.
- Market Presence: Deliver high-level sales presentations to key clients and represent FCS at major trade association meetings and industry events.
- People Leadership: Manage assigned department employees, overseeing hiring, performance management, and professional development to build a high-performing team.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or
- Seven (7) or more years of related experience in sales management, aftermarket parts, or business development; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your capability to lead a sales organization.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and people management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to travel to client sites and industry events.
