We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and forward-thinking Associate Director, Product Management – OEM Platforms to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact insights product serving the automotive market. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how OEMs use market performance data to make smarter commercial decisions, identify growth opportunities, and improve sales outcomes.

This role is ideal for a product management leader who combines strong product strategy and execution capabilities with deep automotive industry experience
. The successful candidate will own the product lifecycle end‑to‑end, translate client and market needs into a compelling roadmap, and partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver innovative, data‑driven solutions at scale.

Role Summary

As the Associate Director, Product Management – OEM Platforms, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, setting measurable outcomes, and driving roadmap execution for a portfolio of insight and performance solutions. You will assess OEM client needs, evaluate competitive dynamics, and lead the development of differentiated data products that help customers uncover trends, understand selling patterns, and improve business performance.

This is a highly cross‑functional leadership role requiring strong executive presence, portfolio thinking, and the ability to align teams around a clear product vision that supports long‑term revenue growth and margin objectives.

Responsibilities And Impact
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for OEM Platforms, including product vision, strategy, outcomes, roadmap development, customer validation, launch, and scale.
  • Develop and evolve the product strategy based on customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, with a particular focus on OEM use cases and growth opportunities in the automotive sector.
  • Lead strategic roadmap planning by translating business problems and market insights into prioritized initiatives, clear requirements, and action plans that deliver measurable value to customers and the business.
  • Shape portfolio strategy to drive sustainable growth, support revenue and margin objectives, and position the product suite for long‑term success.
  • Innovate data‑driven solutions that combine multiple datasets to solve complex industry challenges and deliver actionable market intelligence to automotive OEM clients.
  • Advance AI‑enabled product capabilities by identifying and applying AI technologies that enhance insights, decision support, and product differentiation.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to bring strategic solutions to market and scale adoption.
  • Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate concepts, align priorities, and ensure product investments address real market needs.
  • Influence executive stakeholders through strong communication, clear product narratives, and data‑backed recommendations that support strategic decision‑making.
  • Help redefine how OEMs use market performance information to inform sales strategy, uncover opportunity areas, and improve performance across new and used vehicle sales and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related or technical field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
