* ** Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, Onsite 4 days;
Remote 1 day*

** What's a typical day as Vehicle Coordinator? You'll be:*
* + Updating daily metric reporting and executing test plans provided by Test Planners.

+ Executing test plans for international markets including Australia, Brazil, and FoE.

+ Coordinating vehicle test agreements and ensuring all required forms are obtained.

+ Managing vehicle transfers, deliveries, and the sharing of assets to optimize utilization.

+ Ensuring adherence to budget glide paths and developing plans to meet year-end targets.

+ Processing procurement, service, and vehicle disposal requests.

+ Coordinating vehicle deliveries to various departments for disposition and tracking usage within the Fleet Management System.

+ Conducting daily key audits, processing bailment contracts, and ensuring compliance with vehicle usage policies.

+ Submitting and auditing maintenance and repair requests within the WORQ system.

+ Assisting with processes related to plates, customs, audits, government exemptions, and conducting annual physical audits of all vehicles.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*

+ Possess experience with project coordination, fleet management, or a similar administrative role (preferred but not required).

+ Are proficient with data entry and reporting tools; experience with Fleet Management Systems is a plus.

+ Can effectively communicate and coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.

+ Are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Are available to work 1st shift hours in Dearborn, MI.
