We're on the lookout for a dynamic Project Coordinator for a well-established creative marketing and communications agency specializing in consumer experiences, brand consulting, training programs, and live event support. If you're passionate about event execution, project coordination, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, then we want to hear from you!
This is a full-time contract opportunity through December 2026
, with potential for extension.
- Support the planning and execution of a consumer driving experience program
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to keep projects on track
- Research, source, and coordinate vendors, contractors, equipment, and event supplies
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
- Lead and participate in project meetings while tracking action items and deliverables
- Coordinate travel logistics, hotel arrangements, and event support activities
- Assist with warehouse operations, load‑outs, and event preparation
- Travel to event sites and provide hands‑on operational support as needed
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring smooth event execution
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 2+ years of experience in event operations, experiential marketing, project coordination, or production support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Excel
- Experience coordinating with hotels, contractors, vendors, caterers, and logistics partners
- Experience researching, sourcing, and purchasing equipment, supplies, or services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with hands‑on work, including warehouse and load‑in/load‑out activities
- Clean driving record
The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:
- Experience supporting live events, experiential marketing campaigns, or automotive programs
- Exposure to event production, field marketing, or consumer experience activations
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- A proactive, team‑first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
