Job Overview

Associate Director – Construction Practice

We are seeking an experienced construction consulting professional to support consulting projects in claims and dispute resolution, including delay and disruption analysis, labor productivity analysis, change order preparation, defect analysis, and expert witness testimony.

• Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and other files required by projects.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis on public domain and specialized industry data, and summarize findings for client use.
• Audit own work and that of team members to ensure quality.
• Organize and maintain case documents, hard copy and electronic libraries.
• Perform schedule analysis to determine causes of critical path delays and analyze non‑critical impacts.
• Participate in a positive team environment and meet client deadlines and quality expectations.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; MS or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 9+ years of field experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in cost estimating, change‑order pricing, time‑request preparation, and/or claim management.
• Proficiency with schedule development and analysis in P6, MSP, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Experience leading and collaborating with teams; ability to work independently and remotely.
• Willingness to travel for client work as required.

Salary range: $180000 – $230000 per year.
