Sr. AI Product & Project Manager; LLMs, RAG & Agentic AI

Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for Sr. AI Product & Project Manager(LLMs, RAG & Agentic AI) for long term Contract/Fulltime position available with following Job description.

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager with Project Management experience to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of AI-powered products that enhance Sales and Service operations. The ideal candidate will define product vision, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI
.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and managing Agile backlogs.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise software or AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI products to production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI
  , and modern AI architectures.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Lean Startup, user story mapping, and product discovery
  .
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams in an Agile environment.

• Define and execute AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI-powered products.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, create user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile product delivery, sprint planning, MVP releases, and continuous product improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Apply knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI in product strategy and development.
• Define product KPIs, monitor adoption, gather user feedback, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution and provide regular status updates to leadership.
