Role PurposeThe PTR - Business Readiness role will support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for the IERP program. The role focuses on readiness, delivery execution, validation and go-live coordination so that the assigned module or technical component can launch with controlled risks and clear ownership.
Required Skill SetSAP Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness skills include expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Record-to-Report processes, period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
The role requires strong capabilities in business process readiness, data validation, UAT/testing, change management, user training, and cutover planning
Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, governance, and post-go-live hypercare support is essential to ensure accurate financial operations and successful ERP adoption.
Launch Responsibilities- Lead business readiness for SAP module launch, including process walkthroughs, impact assessment, UAT coordination, stakeholder readiness, training inputs and cutover adoption activities.
- Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams and program governance stakeholders to close launch risks, dependencies and open decisions.
- Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, test evidence, cutover inputs, issue logs, readiness checkpoints and launch sign-off materials.
- Drive defect triage and resolution coordination during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover and post-launch stabilization windows.
