* Description:

** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Product Coordinator to manage and optimize the team's Jira backlog, support execution planning for product enhancement initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between engineering, leadership, and customers.

This role combines backlog governance, project coordination, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Backlog & Jira Management
*** Own and maintain the Jira backlog, ensuring work items are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to business objectives.
* Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with engineering and product stakeholders.
* Ensure epics, stories, and tasks are appropriately scoped, linked, and sequenced across initiatives.
* Monitor sprint and delivery metrics, including velocity, throughput, and burndown trends.
* Establish and maintain ticketing standards, including acceptance criteria, naming conventions, and definitions of done.
** Jira Administration & Reporting
*** Configure and manage Jira automation rules to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
* Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into team performance, sprint health, and delivery progress.
* Build and manage project roadmaps and timelines using Jira tools such as Advanced Roadmaps, Timeline, or Structure.
* Utilize Jira Query Language (JQL) to create custom reports, filters, and stakeholder views.
* Ensure consistent data integrity, reporting accuracy, and backlog hygiene across projects.
** Execution Planning & Delivery Coordination
*** Partner with Engineering Leads and Product Owners to develop and maintain product roadmaps.
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
* Identify and manage delivery risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
* Track progress against plans and provide regular updates to leadership.
* Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
** Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
*** Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding product updates, timelines, and issue resolution.
* Gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable backlog enhancements.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
* Support customer demonstrations, status meetings, and product review sessions.
** Communication & Reporting
*** Prepare and distribute status reports, release communications, and roadmap updates.
* Develop presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries that translate technical progress into business outcomes.
* Coordinate communication across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
* Manage communications related to feature releases, enhancements, and known issues.
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in IT, with at least 1+ year supporting project, program, product, or delivery management initiatives.
* Experience working within Agile software development environments.
* Strong knowledge of Jira administration, backlog management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
* Experience creating project plans, roadmaps, and delivery reporting for technical teams.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or related certification.
* Experience creating Jira automations, dashboards, and advanced reporting using JQL.
* Familiarity with product management, software delivery lifecycle, and release management processes.
* Experience working directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
