Project Management Analyst

Dearborn, MI
Pay Rate: $44.00/hour

Schedule:

Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Are you a highly organized project coordinator with strong analytical skills? Join a major business transformation project supporting the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS). This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in software implementation, project coordination, data analysis, and executive-level communication in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate project activities, meetings, schedules, and action items
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
• Analyze and validate large data sets using Excel
• Support data migration and system implementation activities
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and project updates
• Gather requirements and information from cross-functional teams
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met
• Assist with training materials, system demonstrations, and user support
• Participate in testing activities and identify process improvements
• Communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to leadership

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, or related roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with software implementations, system migrations, or data migrations is a plus
• SAP or Fieldglass experience is helpful but not required
