Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and workflows

• Conduct user research and translate findings into product requirements and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
• Define product success metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, usability, and business value
  .
• Own the product roadmap
  , backlog
  , execution plan
  , and stakeholder communication
  .
• Work closely with engineering
  , data science
  , design
  , and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Proactively identify problems, recommend solutions, and drive work forward with limited oversight

• Manage delivery activities
