TWC Michigan is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial concrete construction projects. If you have a proven background managing complex heavy concrete projects, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial success. You'll collaborate with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and executive leadership to drive projects forward and uphold TWC's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead multiple heavy concrete construction projects from award through closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Build strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and trade partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate field operations and manpower with Superintendents.
- Participate in preconstruction planning, estimating support, and project turnover.
- Champion TWC's commitment to safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction.
- Extensive experience managing heavy concrete projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
