Concrete Foreman

Gerber's Quality Concrete Division is looking for an experienced foreman to run every concrete job we take on. You lead the crews, set the pace on site, and make sure each pour is done right.

The Concrete Foreman leads all field concrete work for Gerber's Quality Concrete Division. You run the crews on commercial and industrial sites from layout and forming through placement, finishing, and curing, and you are the point of contact between the field, project management, and ownership.

• Lead all concrete jobs, including flatwork, foundations, footings, walls, and specialty pours
• Plan each day's work, crew assignments, equipment, and material deliveries
• Read and work from blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Oversee layout, form setting, reinforcing, placement, finishing, and curing
• Run specialized equipment, including 3D laser screed and pump truck, and train crew members on it
• Keep jobs on schedule and hold every pour to Gerber's quality standard

• Direct and develop laborers, finishers, and equipment operators
• Enforce safety standards and keep every job site organized and compliant
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
• Report job progress, issues, and material needs to project management and ownership
• Complete daily reports, time tracking, and job documentation

• 5+ years in concrete construction, with at least 2 years as a foreman or crew lead
• Commercial or industrial concrete experience required
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, foundations, forming systems, and specialty pours
• Ability to read plans and lay out work accurately
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and quality control
• Experience with laser screed, pump trucks, or other concrete equipment preferred
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus
• Reliable, self-directed, and accountable. This team runs lean and expects ownership
