As a Senior UI Designer, you’ll help shape the visual and interactive expression of innovative digital experiences across web, mobile, and other customer-facing platforms.

You’re someone who can take an experience from early concepts through polished, development-ready UI. You understand hierarchy, typography, layout, color, interaction, responsive behavior, and how all of those decisions come together to create an experience that feels clear, cohesive, and intentional.

You’re comfortable working within established design patterns while also knowing when an experience needs something new. You can explore multiple directions quickly, articulate the thinking behind your decisions, and collaborate closely with product designers, UX designers, researchers, engineers, and other partners to bring work to life.

You have a strong eye for detail, but you can also zoom out and understand how an individual screen, flow, or interaction fits into the larger customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality user interfaces for digital products across web, mobile, and responsive experiences.
  • Translate product requirements, user flows, wireframes, and experience concepts into thoughtful, polished UI.
  • Explore and communicate visual and interaction concepts through mockups, prototypes, motion studies, and other design artifacts.
  • Apply strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, imagery, and interaction design.
  • Design experiences that feel cohesive across screens, flows, devices, and customer touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with UX and product designers to strengthen concepts through visual and interaction design.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and implemented with a high level of quality.
  • Prepare detailed, development-ready designs and provide clear specifications, states, responsive behavior, and interaction guidance.
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute thoughtful feedback that raises the quality of work across the team.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, or modernize existing digital experiences.
  • Work within established brand and UI foundations while helping evolve how those foundations come to life in digital products.
  • Use prototyping and emerging tools, including AI-enabled design workflows, to explore ideas and accelerate iteration where appropriate.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to partners and stakeholders, connecting visual decisions back to customer needs and product goals.
  • Balance near-term delivery needs with opportunities to create experiences that can scale and evolve over time.

You'll Have

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI, visual, interaction, or product design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design craft across digital products and experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and modern collaborative design workflows.
  • Demonstrated expertise in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
  • Experience designing polished interfaces across multiple screen sizes and device types.
  • A strong understanding of interaction design and the ability to communicate behavior, transitions, states, and edge cases.
  • Experience collaborating directly with UX designers, product teams, and software engineers.
  • Ability to take work from early exploration through detailed, development-ready design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Even Better, You May Have

  • Experience designing for large-scale consumer products or complex digital ecosystems.
  • Experience working on automotive, retail, e-commerce, subscription, or connected-product experiences.
  • Experience working within established brand systems or across multiple digital platforms.
  • Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Understanding of modern front-end technologies and how design decisions translate into production.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile or Lean product environments.
  • Experience using or contributing to reusable UI…
