General SummaryThe primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner and suggest or make introductions for cross‑selling and referral of bank products and services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Process various financial transactions for customers
- Cross‑sell and refer products and services whenever possible
- Have knowledge and understanding of the bank’s products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer
- Accurately balance cash drawer
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Professional customer service experience
