The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner and suggest or make introductions for cross‑selling and referral of bank products and services.

• Process various financial transactions for customers
• Cross‑sell and refer products and services whenever possible
• Have knowledge and understanding of the bank’s products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer
• Accurately balance cash drawer

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Professional customer service experience
