Please note: This role does require commuting to our three practice locations in Clarkston, Oxford, and Davison.

- Help create amazing smile transformations alongside our orthodontists.
- Capture dental records, including x-rays, scans, and impressions, with skill and attention to detail.
- Cheer patients on throughout their treatment journey with education, encouragement, and support.
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by sterilizing instruments, preparing materials, and assisting with lab duties.
- Be the friendly face that helps patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for from check-in to check-out.
- An Orthodontic Assistant (preferred) or Registered Dental Assistant
. - Someone who understands the importance of health, safety, and quality clinical care.
- A curious learner who is excited to grow and try new things. Experience with orthodontic software is a plus, but we're happy to train.
- A people-person who enjoys building relationships and knows how to make others feel comfortable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks while keeping a smile on your face.
