Senior Project Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced architectural professional with a strong background in project leadership, client engagement, and team development. The ideal candidate will lead complex architectural projects, oversee multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and build strong long-term client relationships.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management capability, and strong communication skills to successfully deliver high-quality projects across institutional and commercial markets.

• 12–15 years of experience in architecture, architectural project management, or technical design leadership
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams from concept/design through construction completion
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience delivering projects within Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Corporate, or other institutional markets
• Strong understanding of architectural design processes, project delivery methods, design coordination, and construction documentation
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Professional portfolio required for architecture-focused candidates

• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop architects, designers, and project team members
• Experience expanding client relationships and identifying opportunities for future project work
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining project quality and client satisfaction
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on teamwork and cross-functional coordination
