Skills Required

Minimum 4 years color and materials experience. Relevant or creative work experience includes trend forecasting, fashion, and/or interior design.

- High-Quality Design Output A strong portfolio and track record of delivering excellent design work.
- Seamless Collaboration Experience working effectively with internal client teams, integrating into existing workflows, and strong communication skills.
- Reliability:
Consistently meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments.
Experience in the specific design disciplines relevant to our potential needs (listed above) and proficiency with our core design tools Figma, Blender, Rhino, Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Proto Pie, and VRED.
Understanding of Our BusinessWhile not strictly required initially, an ability to quickly understand our industry, target audience, and business goals is a significant plus.
Education RequiredBachelor's Degree
PositionPosition is Hybrid : 4 days in Office.
