School Occupational Therapist - Dearborn, Michigan

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available within a K-12 public school setting in Dearborn, MI. This contract position begins February 13th and involves providing occupational therapy services across four school buildings, managing a caseload of approximately 47 students.

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and interventions to support student development and participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success strategies

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and educational staff
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain organization across multiple school locations
