Hadi Montessori is seeking a dedicated, organized, and mission-driven Head Teacher to lead one of our Primary/Early Childhood classrooms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the Montessori method and possess a profound understanding of child development for ages 3 to 6. Our school integrates Montessori pedagogy with Islamic principles, with a focus on nurturing the child's fitrah and dignity.

• A Bachelor's degree, Montessori Early Childhood credential, and experience in a 3-6 classroom is preferred. However, strong candidates lacking credentials may qualify for school-subsidized training over the summer.
• The candidate should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to professional growth, collaboration, and reflective practice.
