Comstock Park is seeking candidates who display a strong desire and ability to make an impact on students and the greater community both within and outside of the classroom.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree.
• Michigan Teaching Certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fundamental skills and rules.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills with athletes, staff, parents, administration and community.
• Demonstrate effective leadership qualities.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good disciplinary skills.
• Willingness to abide by and enforce the Comstock Park School athletic code of conduct.
• Willingness to attend clinics.
• Dedication to building a successful program.
• Thorough knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to manage budget, organize fundraisers, order and maintain equipment.
• Certified in first aid.

COMPENSATION
:
In accordance with the master agreement between Comstock Park Educational Employees Association and the Comstock Park Board of Education.

This is an Edu Staff position

The final candidate for this position will be required (at their cost) to furnish the district with a current Michigan State Police and FBI criminal records Live Scan check prior to our recommendation to hire.
