Memspa is looking for a full-time Early Literacy Specialist to serve as a literacy mentor, provide interventions, and conduct professional development activities. The position requires a certified teacher with experience in primary education and a comprehensive understanding of Michigan Curriculum Frameworks. Starting August 26, 2026, this role is pivotal in developing reading intervention plans and supporting classroom teachers in enhancing literacy.

The work year is equivalent to the school year and may be adjusted based on program needs.
