High School
We are seeking a passionate and innovative German Teacher to join our team at Flex Tech High School – Shepherd who wants to do school differently. This is not a traditional teaching role.
Flex Tech is a small, project-based high school built around strong relationships, real-world learning, and student independence. Our teachers act as advisors, mentors, and collaborators. They guide students through personalized, competency-based learning rather than delivering one-size-fits-all instruction.
The ideal candidate believes all students can succeed and learn German in the right environment and is excited to design meaningful, project based learning experiences that connect to the real world. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to work closely with students in both small groups and one-on-one settings.
If you are passionate about speaking German and teaching the German language as well as the culture, and if you care deeply about building strong relationships, collaborating with a team, rethinking what high school can look like, and making learning more relevant for students, we’d love to have you join us.
