Special Education Teacher in Dearborn, MI

• Active Special Education Teacher license with an endorsement in MI (one of the following: CI, ASD, or LD)
• Minimum of two years experience teaching in a Special Education classroom
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
• Up-to-date knowledge of K-8 curriculum and instructional differentiation
• Dedication to promoting an inclusive, growth-focused environment

• Deliver high-quality pull-out services for K-8 students needing additional support
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Partner with general educators, paraprofessionals, and substitute assistants to ensure a collaborative approach
• Communicate proactively with families and colleagues to foster student growth
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
