Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Adventure Education Teachers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver engaging educational programs that captivate young learners and foster a love for exploration and discovery. You will work closely with students to guide them through a variety of challenging and stimulating activities, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential while having an incredible time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement provided innovative lesson plans that incorporate hands‑on activities, problem‑solving, and creative thinking.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and encouraged.
• Provide feedback to the owner to ensure continued growth and development.
• Maintain effective communication with students as well as with the owner who will keep parents informed about program updates.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a respectful and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
• Teaching or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
• Strong ability to engage and inspire students through creative teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for adventure, exploration, and hands‑on learning.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to transport class materials.
