Allied Travel Careers  is working with Ardor Health Solutions to find a qualified Sped Teacher in Dearborn, Michigan, 48120!

• Full-time Special Education Teacher position for 2026-27 school year, focusing on students with Severe Cognitive Impairment (SCI) or Severe Multiple Impairment (SXI)
• Manage a caseload of 12 15 students with significant cognitive and/or multiple impairments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Provide differentiated instruction based on each student s unique learning needs
• Collect, document, and monitor student progress data
• Collaborate with service providers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families to support student success
• Ensure compliance with IDEA and district special education regulations
• Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Requires valid Michigan Special Education certification with Cognitive Impairment (SA or CI) endorsement
• Prior experience with cognitively impaired students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills required
