Ford Motor Company seeks a Senior Buyer – Power Electronics to lead sourcing execution for BEV and Hybrid programs. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, manufacturing, and global teams to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and technology for power electronics components across the portfolio.
You will own end-to-end sourcing, run RFIs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, and develop commodity strategies for parts such as DC-DC converters, OBCs, inverters, BMS, and PCBA assemblies.
