The team you will support:

Ford's new Technology Platform Programs (TPP) team is at the forefront of the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) revolution, reimagining vehicle electrical architecture and software platforms. Ford is pivoting to a streamlined, scalable, platform-first strategy, and we need your talent to drive this vision. As a member of the TPP team, you'll be instrumental in leading program management that enables Ford to deliver high quality software, at speed, into vehicles with significantly more efficient scaled solutions by leading cross-functional strategies for broad impact across our vehicle lineup.

The role you will play:

As a TPPCoordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the TPP team, proactively anticipating needs, resolving operational issues, and facilitating seamless program management for leaders and their teams. You'll play a crucial part in enabling Ford to deliver high-quality software, at speed, into vehicles, supporting breakthroughs that define the future of Ford. You'll have...

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably supporting senior-level leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced and technical/engineering environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency and analyses with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate clearly across all levels.
• Proven ability to work proactively, independently, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Hybrid on-site work (minimum 4 days per week) at Ford campus, co-located with the TPP team, in Dearborn Michigan.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting teams in a technology, software development, or automotive environment.
• Familiarity with Ford's internal systems and processes (e.g., Concur, Teams, etc.).

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $63,.
