DCIM Migration Specialist

This role will aid in migrating our data center infrastructure management (DCIM) systems from an existing platform to the Sunbird DCIM suite across a specified number of sites. The successful candidate will possess an understanding of DCIM to ensure a seamless and accurate transition. This is a fixed-term contract, focused on delivering specific milestones, and will require occasional travel to various sites for physical audits and data collection.

• Sunbird DCIM Implementation: Set up and configure the Sunbird DCIM at specified sites.
• Data Migration & Integrity: Collect & migrate data from our client's existing DCIM platform to the new Sunbird DCIM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Physical Audits: Conduct physical audits of data center facilities to verify existing infrastructure, gather necessary data, and ensure accurate input into the DCIM system.

  Experience with DCIM including setup, configuration, and operational use.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of data center mechanical and electrical infrastructure monitoring.
• Project Orientation: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-driven environment, focusing on achieving specific outcomes.
• Learning Agility: Ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical skills and system knowledge in a fast-paced migration environment.
• Travel Availability: Ability and willingness to travel to various data center sites for physical audits and data collection as required.
