Position: In-Vehicle Infotainment System Engineer

We are looking for an IVI System Engineer to support the development, integration, validation, and troubleshooting of automotive infotainment systems and connected vehicle technologies. The engineer will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support software integration, system validation, feature development, and issue resolution across embedded infotainment platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive embedded systems, infotainment features, vehicle communication protocols, system validation, and software integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support development and integration of IVI software and infotainment system features
  • Collaborate with architecture, software, hardware, validation, and vehicle integration teams
  • Analyze system requirements and support feature implementation activities
  • Perform system integration, testing, debugging, and issue resolution for infotainment platforms
  • Support connectivity features including Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, USB, smartphone integration, and multimedia applications
  • Work with CAN, Ethernet, LIN, and automotive communication protocols for diagnostics and system interactions
  • Support root‑cause analysis and resolution of software and vehicle integration issues
  • Participate in system validation, regression testing, and release readiness activities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and issue tracking records
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to support feature integration and software releases
  • Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog reviews, and defect tracking
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for infotainment system quality and reliability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems or infotainment engineering
  • Experience with IVI systems, embedded software integration, or connected vehicle technologies
