Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Ergonomic analysis and Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of ergonomics.
Project management skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience in a team-based environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Experience working in both upfront engineering and plant environments.
Experience with Teamcenter, Process Simulate, and Ergo Web.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise for interpretation and implementation of ergonomic standards for new model programs.
Complete and document ergonomic assessments as per the Design for Ergonomic (DFE) Procedure.
Work cross-functionally with Safety, Digital Assembly, Product Design, Process Engineering, and other teams to ensure ergonomic guidelines are met.
Assist with ergonomic solutions using digital human modeling tools and other approved assessment tools.
Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative ergonomic solutions and industry best practices.
Support the development of ergonomic standards and participate in global ergonomic meetings.
