SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineering Co‑op is an open, year‑round role for highly committed students enrolled in a local college. The selected student will work side‑by‑side with engineers and professionals to assist with testing and implementing a manufacturing execution system while simultaneously taking classes.
Essential Functions- Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes
- Update and distribute operational documentation
- Evaluate system performance via end‑to‑end testing and communicate status
- Participate on project teams to develop and implement improvements

- Applicant must be attending a local college or university pursuing a STEM degree, with preference given to engineering, information systems, or supply chain
- Minimum cumulative 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale (no rounding)
- Applicant must be able to work 15-24 hours per week when school is in session and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of factors, including market demands, experience, training, and education. Benefits available for this position depend on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, variable bonus, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
