We are seeking a hands‑on Electrical Engineer to support critical power infrastructure across data centers and high‑availability facility environments.

This role focuses on electrical power systems at the facility level, ensuring reliable, 24/7 operation of mission‑critical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with UPS systems, power distribution infrastructure, and electrical designs supporting system performance, uptime, and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on electrical power systems with a focus on UPS architecture and integration
  • Analyze and determine power requirements, load capacity, and redundancy strategies for critical systems
  • Interpret and work from electrical one-line diagram
    s, schematics, and power distribution drawings
  • Support design reviews and provide input on UPS systems
    , switch gear, PDUs, and generators
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and power‑related infrastructure issues in live environments
  • Collaborate with data center operations, facilities, and engineering teams to ensure system reliability
  • Support system upgrades, expansions, and enhancements to improve performance and uptime
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong foundation in electrical power systems and engineering fundamentals
  • Hands‑on experience with UPS systems, including:
  • Integration into facility power infrastructure
  • Load calculations and capacity planning
  • Redundancy and reliability concepts (N+1, failover)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical one‑line diagrams and schematics
  • Experience working in a technical individual contributor role (non‑project management)
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems independently
