We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team focused on manufacturing automation and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, industrial communication protocols, and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software components for manufacturing automation and control systems.
• Collaborate with operations engineers, system architects, and plant operators to deliver robust solutions.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and detailed project plans.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain and enhance existing codebases to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including software designs, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems (e.g., OPC UA), and Modbus protocols.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., UDP/TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms or edge computing.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines.
