The Electrified Propulsion Engineering (EPE) organization is responsible for delivering the best fuel economy and refined Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid and Electric vehicles in every segment in which we contend. What

you’ll do
  • Develop eDrive motor components and assembly design, models (3D) and drawings (2D) that are capable of being produced
  • Interface with Basic Design, D&R engineers, and suppliers to ensure design is compatible with all requirements
  • Develop GD&T and perform axial and radial tolerance stack-up analysis.
You’ll have
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development using CATIA V5
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive industry
Even better, you may have
  • Master’s of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development using CATIA V5
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive industry
  • Proficient in powertrain component design
  • Expert level user of CATIA V5
  • Experience in Team Center Engineering
  • Experience with transmission packaging interface
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams and driving product development issues to resolution
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, self-motivated, eager to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision

For more information on salary and benefits, this position is a range of salary grades 6 - 8. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
