Industrial Engineering Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the IE Manager in the Hiring, Training and Development of plant IE’s
• Supervise the plant Industrial Engineers in their day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
  Line speed, Cycle Checks, Scrolls, Man-Assignments, Standardized Work, Line Balance, Productivity Initiatives
• Support WO activities, Control and Manage Manpower Levels, EHPU, Absentee Analysis target attainment and reporting.
• Accurate and Timely Manpower and Productivity Reporting
• Budget submission on-time as applicable
• SBD / OBD submission, updates and execution

• Bachelor's degree required, Industrial Engineering preferred
• Advanced degree preferred
• Extensive training (Time Study/Standards, Ratings, Ergonomics, Budgets, Throughput, Simulation, Theory of Constraints, Microsoft Tools, Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS))
• Methodologies and WO Domain experience/knowledge preferred
• Minimum 3 years of Industrial Engineering or related experience
• Plant experience preferred
• Launch experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required
