Automotive BOM Change Coordinator

Support Engineering Program Deliverables

Support engineering program deliverables, coordinate non-design attributes in FEDEBOM, lead DV test planning & vehicle scheduling, ensure prototype and production tool orders go out on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Release changes on time to support change/program timing using WERS
• Provide business owners with completion date tasks to support change completion timing
• Report out change and task (name and date) status weekly
• Escalate tasks that fall behind to ensure changes are completed on time
• Enter non-design part attributes into FEDEBOM to support program milestone timing
• Publish and update Design Verification plan
• Manage test schedule & vehicle usage schedule so that all testing can complete by program milestone
• Ensure prototype and production Tooling orders go out on time to support program dates for program vehicle builds and testing milestone timing

What you need for this position:

• Required:
  
  Bachelor of Science, Automotive Change and Release coordination experience
• Highly preferred:
  Ford Motor Company Experience, WERS Experience, FEDEBOM Experience
