Position Overview
We are seeking two engineers to join our Homologation Engineering team supporting emissions testing, certification, and compliance activities. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing emissions testing programs from planning through execution, ensuring testing activities are completed on schedule and aligned with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive engineering, emissions, calibration, design release, compliance, or a related discipline and enjoy working in a fast-paced laboratory environment with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate emissions testing activities and maintain testing schedules.
- Receive, prioritize, and assign test requests to support program objectives.
- Manage testing logistics and ensure testing activities are executed according to plan.
- Support vehicle certification and regulatory compliance efforts, including emerging regulations such as EU7.
- Partner closely with Homologation Engineers to review test results and track follow-up activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during witness testing activities.
- Interface directly with laboratory personnel, testing witnesses, and internal engineering teams.
- Track testing progress and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
- Support test readiness activities, including limited hands-on responsibilities such as recording tire pressures and assisting with vehicle preparation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document, organize, and communicate testing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive industry experience preferred.
- General understanding of automotive regulations, certification, and compliance processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a laboratory environment.
- Willingness to support early-morning testing activities when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Homologation, Certification, or Regulatory Compliance experience.
- Experience supporting emissions testing programs.
- Background in:
Design Release Engineering, Calibration Engineering, Emissions Engineering, Vehicle Testing, Regulatory Compliance. - Familiarity with ADI or similar testing and data management tools.
- Experience working directly with testing laboratories and witness testing activities.

This position supports the Homologation Engineering Team, responsible for planning, executing, and managing environmental and safety compliance programs that enable vehicle certification for global markets outside the United States. The team works closely with engineering, testing, and regulatory organizations to ensure products meet applicable requirements and are successfully certified for sale worldwide.
