  • Decompose top-level customer and regulatory requirements into detailed technical requirements allocated to specific subsystems/components.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience authoring technical requirements and test specifications for complex electromechanical or energy systems.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, Polarion, or similar).

  • Experience with high-voltage battery or power electronics validation test methods.
Even Better, you may have
  • Background in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) practices.
  • 5+ years of experience authoring technical requirements and test specifications for complex electromechanical or energy systems.
  • Test data management systems

Benefits
  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more
  • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
