Ford is seeking a VEV Core LEAN & Advanced Test Methods Supervisor to lead lean improvements across global test laboratories and facilities, spanning powertrain, electrical, body, chassis, safety, NVH, wind tunnels, and prototype build.
You will manage a 2,300-person global workforce, standardize the Lean Maturity Model, optimize the $5B asset footprint, and partner with engineering communities to improve throughput in VEV laboratories while shaping next-generation test capabilities.
