Body Closures Engineer - Side Door Assemblies

Job Description

Job Description: Body Closures Engineer in charge of Side Door Assemblies along with opening and closing related actions. Responsible for component release for closures components like Door Structure, Hinges, Check arms throughout program life cycle, including concept design, supplier engagement, BOM management, systems requirements, simulation analysis, prototyping builds, validation testing, and production support.

Experience Required: Need 2 or more years of experience related to Body Closures, specifically Side Door Assemblies along with opening and closing related actions. Responsible of component release for closures components like Door Structure, Hinges, Check arms, throughout program life cycle, including concept design, supplier engagement, BOM management, systems requirements, simulation analysis, prototyping builds, validation testing, and production support.

Experience preferred:
Any experience related to closures, like Liftgates, Tailgates, Moveable glass, Dynamic Sealing, Moonroofs.
