Duration: 1 year contract + extensions/conversion
Location: Dearborn, MI – in office 4 days a week
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance
- Experience issuing PO’s and writing requistions using Ariba
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Word)
Day to Day:
One of our automotive clients is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team in Dearborn, MI. The Financial Analyst in this position will be responsible for managing and issuing yearly PO’s across the business unit.
Additional responsibilities in this role include:
- Working closely with buyer to ensure blankets are up to date
- Capture all paid invoices in Microsoft Excel
- Close out PO’s
- Help suppliers resolve any PO/invoicing issues
- Yearly ISO audit
- Schedule internal audit meetings
- Follow up on issues found during the audit
- Management of VIS card orders
- Create SPL’s for any additional job tasks
