Post Closing Specialist

Venture Title Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Post-Closing Specialist to join our growing, women‑led, family‑oriented team. This role is essential to ensuring every real estate transaction is properly finalized with accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.

We are looking for someone who is highly detail-driven, dependable, and who naturally steps into a problem‑solving mindset when reviewing files. This position requires strong ownership, follow‑through, and the ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment.

This is a fully in‑house position due to the hands‑on nature of file handling, check processing, and wire disbursements.

The Post Closer is responsible for managing the final phase of the real estate closing process after settlement. This includes reviewing and balancing closed files, ensuring all executed documents are properly finalized and uploaded, coordinating post‑closing packages, and completing financial and compliance wrap‑up tasks.

The goal of this role is to ensure each file is fully accurate, compliant, and ready for final closure and archiving.

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 (Based on experience)
