As a full‑time Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL at our Monroe and Dearborn branch.

Job Description- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Process a variety of customer interactions.
- Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate customer focus, knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, and effectively manage risks in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Preferred skills: accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience (CX), customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales, accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, and understanding customer needs.
- No degree required; high school diploma, GED, or comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- No specific certifications or licenses required.
Base Salary: $36,000 – $60,000. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with pay based on company, business and/or individual performance.
