ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do:
Our internship projects last approximately 10-12 weeks. During this time, you will address authentic business challenges, ideate creative and meaningful solutions for our business partners, all while developing skills that will help set the foundation for a successful career. Our projects are thoughtfully curated based on the exciting things happening as we execute our Ford+ transformation. As career development is an important cornerstone of Ford Finance, during your internship, you will develop skills including:
- Financial acumen
- Scenario modeling
- Business partnering
- Experimental thinking
- Identifying material cost reduction opportunities across multiple vehicle lines
- Creating new financial models to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency
- Partnering cross-functionally to reduce and measure complexity objectives
- Leveraging data analytics, external data, and benchmarks to identify opportunities for Ford

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate Juniors or first year MBA candidates pursuing a degree in finance or related areas
- Must be available to start full-time work before September 2028
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships
- An understanding of business concepts, deductive reasoning, and quantitative skills

This position ranges from $3,500-8,300 monthly.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
