Job Overview

Minu Threading Beauty Therapist – Eaton, Western Australia. Permanent full‑time position (minimum 38 hours per week) with a salary of $80,000–$100,000 per annum plus superannuation.

• Perform professional eyebrow threading, facial threading, and hair removal treatments.
• Conduct eyebrow and eyelash tinting, waxing (including Brazilian), and eyelash extension services.
• Deliver facial treatments, skin care, lash lifting, lash perming, and related lash services.
• Apply makeup for special occasions and retail beauty products where appropriate.
• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, infills, and related nail treatments.
• Create and apply traditional henna body art designs.
• Provide relaxing facial and body massage treatments.
• Assess client requirements, recommend treatments, and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure area cleanliness, sanitisation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage appointments efficiently and assist with day‑to‑day salon operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Support teammates and undertake additional duties as required.

• Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
• At least one year of practical experience in a beauty salon environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in eyebrow threading techniques.
• Experience in tinting, waxing, facials, lash treatments, and related beauty therapy services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Sound knowledge of hygiene, workplace health and safety, and infection control procedures.
