About the Role Hello School Psych's! Come work with a teacher and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the  school year in the Redford, MI area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll DoProvide school psychology services in the school setting

Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For Master’s Degree in School Psychology Active Michigan School Psychology License Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
