At Riverside Commons, we are UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Assistant to join our team of exceptional healthcare professionals working in our assisted living facility. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes resident care and well-being.

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time position, with daily pay options available. You will work 8-hour shifts, with comfortable staffing ratios and a supportive management team.

• Provide resident care services, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
• Monitor and document resident vital signs, behavior, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety procedures
• Engage with residents through activities, conversation, and other forms of interaction
• Participate in training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge
