Responsibilities

  • Provide scanning coverage for Manager Operations and produce high‑quality diagnostic images when working at dedicated customer sites.
  • Ensure patient safety, including pre‑screening for contraindications and aseptic injection techniques.
  • Partner with local Account Development Directors to communicate with physician groups and radiology/clinic directors about MRI software, customer portal, protocols, and quality issues.
  • Troubleshoot scanners, coach staff, and support peripheral equipment such as monitors, PACS, coils, and other devices.
  • Assist the Sales team with start‑ups and new business as needed.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experienced MRI technologist with 3+ years in MRI procedures and studies in high‑pressure, high‑visibility environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Ability to work at multiple locations across the region.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.
  • ARRT(R) or ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT as acceptable by contract in lieu of ARRT.
  • State license as required.
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid state driver’s license (as applicable).
  • Local travel may be required 90% of the time.
Physical Requirements
  • Exposed to radioactive isotopes, ionizing radiation, strong magnetic fields, blood/body fluids, and infectious disease.
  • More than 50% of the time:
    Sit, stand, walk; repetitive movements of hands, arms, and legs; see, speak, and hear to communicate with patients.
  • Less than 50% of the time:
    Stoop, kneel or crawl; climb and balance; carry and lift (ability to move non‑ambulatory patients from a sitting or lying position for transfer or examination).
