• Perform professional massage treatments based on each client needs and preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns, goals, and treatment expectations.
• Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional treatment environment.
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client treatment notes and follow company policies.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

• Valid massage therapy license/certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Previous experience as a massage therapist is required.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and client-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while being a positive member of the team.
