QUALIFICATIONS:- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- Appropriate professional licensure or certification within the candidate’s discipline.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience providing behavioral or mental health services.
- Demonstrated experience supervising behavioral health professionals and support personnel.
- Experience with behavioral assessment, intervention planning, crisis response, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience working within educational systems
